Port Grimaud

Port Grimaud was designed in 1966 by the French architect François Spoerry. The sailor-architect realized his dream of having his boat moored right in front of his house – a fishing village and yacht harbor fulfilling his vision.

Today, Port Grimaud is an idyllic, Provençale-style village with a range of amenities, including shops, restaurants, pharmacies, private clinics, churches, etc.
With its intricate system of lagoons, Port Grimaud is the most sophisticated town of its kind in the Mediterranean and has served as a model for a great many property projects.
Every house has its own mooring directly in front of it. The sizes of the houses and moorings have been tailored to suit the residents’ needs.

Port Grimaud is an exclusive marina across the bay from Saint Tropez, protected from the eastern wind and the Mistral typical of the region. Its 27 hectares of water, 15 kilometers of quayside, main channel with a minimum depth of 3.5 meters, and side channels with a minimum depth of 2.15 meters provide for a unique aquatic landscape.

We have a wide variety of homes and apartments overlooking the idyllic canals, some of which even have a glorious view of the Bay of Saint Tropez, including 2-4 bedroom “fishermen’s homes” with dedicated mooring spaces as well as some uniquely designed houses with a swimming pool.

We would be glad to welcome you to Port Grimaud and give you a tour of the properties that kindle your interest.
